Birthday
Well it’s my birthday, but I’m not excited about it. I don’t like attention on myself, it highlights too many negatives. And right now in my life the negatives outweigh the positives, I tend to take the positives for granted anyway. As an exercise for therapy I suppose I will do a pros and cons list.
Pros:
- I’m not in any danger
- financially not desperate
- I have a family
Cons:
- I have no girlfriend
- I have no career
- I don’t do anything
- I have recurring anxiety/psychological problems
- I have no realistic goals
Volunteer Work
Going to do volunteer work this Saturday to help feed the homeless, they are fully booked for people this week but they have lots of days to help.

Have you always been a composer?
Sort of, I mean when I started playing piano about 7 years ago I always used to come up with fragments of stuff but full songs came a bit later. I just thought I might as well post a few songs just to show to myself that I do write because if you just keep it inside your own head there’s a tendency to question the validity of those ideas.
